| October 15, 2006 Hi, The time arrived in my life that I no longer enjoyed the responsibility of the upkeep of a house and landscaping. I wanted a more retired life style than I was leading. At a social occasion months prior to this time, I met Virginia and decided then that it was she I would list my home with when the time arrived. The months passed quickly and it was time. I contacted Virginia requesting her to list my home "for sale". From that moment on, Virginia took complete control. She created a Marketing Proposal specifically for me. She kept me informed every step of the process; responded to all my calls and answered all my questions. Everything Virginia did exhibited her complete knowledge of being a professional Realtor. Her warm, personable personality made me very comfortable working with her. Virginia also created a "Home Seller's Advantage Program" emphasizing my home. | July 5, 2006 Largely due to your efforts, my life is now simplified to the point I can write this long overdue letter of appreciation. Working long distance with an out-of-state owner in the sale of his house has to be one of a realtor's biggest challenges. You accepted the challenge and worked diligently and tirelessly to bring it about. I mentioned my life being simplified due to your efforts. As you might recall, I purchased a temporary home in Fort Collins to tide me over until the home in Georgetown could be sold, at which time I planned to sell it and buy a permanent residence here. Sale of the house I listed with you was the key to this plan. As it happened, my Fort Collins house and my Georgetown house went under contract at about the same time. To complicate matters even more, I located the house I wanted to buy and my offer was accepted. Two sales and one purchase were set to close in the same week! With your expertise and dedication to your Colorado client, you were able to bring about a successful closing in Georgetown and transfer money from the sale in time for the purchase of my new home in Fort Collins. Your willing cooperation with my Realtor here allowed closing dates to be adjusted a few days to provide sufficient time for me to move between closings. This effort on your part was the key. My life is simplified because I now have only one house, located where I want to be, and I am no longer overwhelmed with real estate transactions. this could not have happened without your professionalism, knowledge and dedication in the face of the many challenges of my situation. | Hello everyone, I want to take a moment to tell you of the wonderful success I had in selling my home with Virginia Lazenby. First it was a meeting to be, because I had wanted to sell my home to move out of town for sometime. I had called a couple of Realtor companies for help. Being new in the town, I got them from the telephone book. I then got online and saw this advertisement for HouseValues.com which I thought would give me an idea how to sell my house and I would do this on my own. Well, the Lord smiled on me (he has a sense of humor, knowing me as well as he does--knowing I would never be able to do this on my own.) Virginia Lazenby called me on the phone and made an appointment with me to see if she could help me. Well, this was a wonderful call from the beginning. She knew right from the start what to do and how to get it started. The first thing she did was find out my needs, and what I wanted to do, or not to do, with the house. She made plans for repairs and remodeling on a small budget and got me a personal home styler that helped a lot. She helped me with pricing to sell soon and told me the time for selling was right around the corner, and boy was she correct. On Saturday at 12:00 noon she put her "for sale" signs in the yard, and just 28 hours later, Sunday at 4:00 pm, I had an interested party to call and come to look at the house, and in 2 hours I had a contract on the house which I can happily say went through with flying colors. And all because of a phone call to me by this wonderful person who takes an extra step in her profession to reach out and answer the requests of an online e-mail inquiring to sell a house. Thank you, thank you so much for the wonderful work. I hope that all who read this will call Virginia Lazenby because you will get the help and professional knowledge that she has to get your home bought or sold. I know I did and am thankful for it.
