marketing.
Price
- Was the list price in line with the market price in your area?
- Did
the list price accurately reflect the condition and amenities of your
property in comparison to other properties in your market area?
Marketing
- Was your property advertised on-line with virtual tour, multiple photos, and enhanced listings?
- Was your house staged in order to make the best showing for potential buyers?
- Did your agent arrange for your house to be on a property tour by other agents?
- Did your agent hold open houses?
- Did your agent provide you with feedback from agents showing your property?
